Chat 1st are a registered community interest company. We are an award winning company that aims to improve the wellbeing of our community.

We obtain information about you when you use our services. For example, when you contact us for company or programme information:-

What type of information is collected from you?

If you use or purchase a service from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
